

Among our employees and vast number of suppliers, Triumph holds high standards of ethical business conduct to ensure integrity – one of our core values – is at the heart of everything we do.
Our Code of Business Conduct articulates the business and ethical principles that drive how we run our business. We provide an anonymous hotline and online portal that enable employees to report potential violations or ethical concerns. Our General Counsel directly or indirectly oversees investigations to ensure reported issues are handled swiftly, fairly and consistently.
We have a robust set of internal policies and procedures available to all employees that help monitor and manage compliance across our enterprise.
All Triumph employees participate in annual compliance training on a variety of risk topics. Our Legal Department manages additional compliance initiatives, including ongoing assessments of employment practices. We strive to ensure that our employees are treated fairly and perform to the highest standard of ethics.
Additional important aspects of our commitment to ethical business practices are our recently refreshed Anti-Corruption Policy, as well as programs focused on data security, data privacy and supply chain responsibility.
