Why did you choose to work in aerospace?

I chose to work in aerospace because it gave me the challenge and opportunity to learn something new every day.

What are you most proud of at TRIUMPH?

The PEOPLE.

What is a valuable lesson you’ve learned at TRIUMPH?

Respect is something very hard to gain and very easy to lose.

What do you think is the key to success?

The keys to success are structure, discipline, determination and perseverance.

What do you enjoy most about aerospace?

What I enjoy most is that it gives me the opportunity to provide a service to the community and focus on the quality of my work.

What is your favorite memory from your time at TRIUMPH so far?

Once we had a Wings Event where we invited a group of young children to tour the facility. There were a few of my son’s friends in the group and for days my son didn’t stop saying how cool my job was, that is my favorite memory.
