We focus our commitment to community engagement and community involvement through our TRIUMPH Charitable Foundation and our Wings Community Outreach Program.

TRIUMPH Charitable Foundation
Founded in 2008, the TRIUMPH Charitable Foundation works to support our company mission by providing funds to organizations that advance the safety and prosperity of the world. In 2020, the Foundation donated nearly $300,000 to non-profit organizations serving these missions. TRIUMPH Foundation grants focus on three key areas:

• Advancing Education with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Advancing Education:

  Fostering STEM education to build the next generation of engineers and innovators

• Improving Communities:

  Supporting communities in which we live and work through funding and volunteerism

• Supporting Veterans and Military Families:

  Supporting those who protect our liberties and use aerospace platforms our products support

Organizations interested in grants from the TRIUMPH Charitable Foundation can find information on our Grant Application Portal. Note that applications are accepted from April 1 - October 31 each year, with notifications sent by February 15.

Wings Community Outreach Program
The Wings Community Outreach Program encourages TRIUMPH employees around the world to participate in meaningful volunteer projects that directly benefit local communities and charities committed to serving the needs of others.

In addition, our longstanding support of United Way has continued, with our employee campaign raising more than $100,000 in 2020. These funds help to reduce poverty through education, workforce and business development, financial empowerment and basic need programs.
