Governance
Our Board of Directors actively works with our management team to set company strategy; evaluate the performance and determine the compensation of our Chief Executive Officer; approve compensation for all other executive officers; and oversee our risk management programs.
Our diverse Board brings a well-rounded perspective and is made up of nine directors, all of whom are independent directors as defined by NYSE rules. Currently, two of our directors are women and one is from another underrepresented group (including ethnicity and sexual orientation).
