These responsibilities focus both internally – on employee safety, health, wellbeing and engagement – as well as externally to our communities. All of this is grounded in a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity.
Occupational Safety
At TRIUMPH, keeping our employees safe is a top priority and safety is key to our workplace culture. Every employee takes ownership of occupational safety to reduce risks and prevent incidents. Our culture of continuous improvement is founded on our Cardinal Rules of Safety, which guide our employees through frequently encountered situations that may pose risk. We also recognized Safety Heroes to increase safety awareness and promote safe work practices, and continually evaluate our safety efforts using carefully established and evaluated metrics.
TRIUMPH employees have reduced recordable injuries by 24% and days away by 30% over a three-year period.

TRIUMPH’s health and wellness programs help employees understand their current health profile and potential lifestyle risks.
